I met my forever love my senior year of high school at a Jazz Basketball game. My hubby is a general contractor and vertical alignment manager for Wasatch Peaks Resort. Our home has been blessed with three beautiful, talented children. Our family gained our bonus daughter, Mady, with the marriage of our oldest son. Taylor is a realtor. Mady is a CPA and phenomenal cheer coach. McKenzee is very talented and artistic, and knows anything you'd ever ask to know about dolphins, she will be married in July. Connor is an aviation technician at Hill Air Force Base and loves anything cars or trucks.
I have a passion for education! My love of teaching began at a very young age. I love seeing the children’s face light up when they grasp a new concept! Education runs deep for me. My father, two aunts, my sister, my brother, and I are all educators. I’m so excited to be returning to teach 2nd grade at Quest this year! I have my Bachelor's Degree in K-8 Interdisciplinary Studies and my Master's in Education degree in Learning and Technology.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and spoiling the grandbabies, traveling, riding in our CanAm side by side -especially at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, seeing new things, reading, playing the piano, crafting, camping, watching movies, and cooking, entertaining, baking, and playing games with my family, as well as friends. I absolutely LOVE going to the movies. My favorite movies are those based on historical events and places. I have a deep love for history and have a lot of historical places on my bucket list to visit.
I LOVE bath bombs, Werther’s caramels with apple center, sugar free jolly ranchers, any Crystal Light, Propels, and Twisted Sugar & Fiiz, diet Dr. Pepper, Zero Sugar Dr. Pepper with Cream Soda, Cafe Late Premier Protein shakes, Brazil nuts, and Chai with Almond Milk, Dove dark chocolate, peanut M&M’s, and Jelly Bellys. I LOVE shopping for school resources for my students to use in our classroom. I absolutely LOVE Amazon, DollarTree, and Walmart as well.
Here's a cute picture of my 2 grandsons. Another grandson will make them the 3 musketeers the end of November.
